We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Grafton Aged Care Home in South Grafton on a full-time basis.
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of procedures to ensure each resident's clinical and care requirements are met, while providing clear communication to families. Your clinical and leadership experience will be invaluable as another key focus of your role is delivering clinical supervision to our team of Registered Nurses.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when leading inter-disciplinary teams, as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
Now... to ensure our residents and staff at Grafton Aged Care Home get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
- previous experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in the aged care sector (desirable)
- a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Influenza vaccination
