About the role
The purpose of this role is to function as an integral member of the Nursing Workforce Unit by actively participating in Nursing Workforce activities and initiatives to assist nursing teams manage daily staffing and recruitment. The role will:
- Work collaboratively with nursing units across TPCH to build effective relationships, participate in delegated activities and foster enhanced engagement.
- Support the efficient, effective recruitment and management of a safe and skilled workforce in line with current legislation and policy.
- Promote the operational functions of the unit through role modelling and the application of the principles of best practice, education, leadership and portfolio management.
