This is for a Permanent Full Time or Fixed Term Full Time appointment until the 30/06/2024 with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint a Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health.

Responsible for assessment, planning, case management and delivery of clinical Mental Health care to complex children and adolescents and their families of the Wheatbelt Region. Provides a specialist clinical, consultant and educational service to clients, carers and primary health care providers. The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their
employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
