- Southern Adelaide Local Health Network - Marion and Noarlunga GP Plus Sites- Mental Health Services
- Salary: $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) RN2C | Multiple Part and Full-Time Ongoing Contracts
- Positions working Monday to Friday or across a 7 day rotating roster
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders
- Develop diverse professional portfolios: Gain experience in depot and clozapine clinics, supporting consumer fitness groups, and facilitating therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments: Utilise your expertise to perform Mental Health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Support team leadership: Collaborate with the Team Manager to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team environment.
- Contribute to quality improvement: Engage in clinical auditing, research, and evaluation initiatives to continuously improve patient care outcomes and service delivery.
- Engaging and diverse clinical portfolios: Gain experience in various settings and interventions.

- You are a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate;
- You are Enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or qualification in Mental Health practice;
- You have demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in Mental Health Services;
- You have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; and
- A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
