Silverchain are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse (Case Coordinator) to join our Health clinical team in Kingsley on Full time Permanent contract, the role covers Monday - Friday, 7.00am starts.
Key Responsibilities
Become part of a dedicated and passionate team, work with your line manager and other Case Coordinators to ensure effective delivery of clinical services. You will be accountable for the safe delivery of quality evidenced based clinical practice to the clients in your area, and responsible for the competency and performance of clinical staff in your team.

About you
- Current Registered Nurse AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team and coordinating resources to achieve outcomes.
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills to innovatively manage the provision of quality client care.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to negotiate, problem solve and influence individuals and organisations
- A current full Australian driver's licence
