About the Role:
The Preadmission Clinic assesses, organises and prepares elective surgery patients prior to their booked surgical date across Noarlunga Hospital and Flinders Medical Centre. You will provide your nursing services across a variety of health service settings to provide proficient, person centred, clinical nursing care.
About you:
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
- Demonstrated competence in surgical nursing practice in accordance with the relevant standards.
- Proven experience in delivering high quality and safe care consistent with the National Safety and Quality Health Care Service Standards.
- Ability to work within a team framework that fosters an environment that develops staff potential.
