What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, Clinical Products, the Clinical Products Advisor is responsible for ensuring that Clinical Products procured and used throughout the District comply with Ministry of Health and District Procurement policies, HealthShare State Contracts and relevant standards.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) as well as relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience including demonstrated advanced clinical product knowledge experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of computer software including Microsoft Excel and Financial Management Information Systems, such as Oracle.
- Highly developed organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
- Capacity to work effectively and cooperatively within a team environment and to work autonomously without supervision.
