The Inner Collective is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Psychologist, Registrar, or Psychologist to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate would be interested in working with trauma and culturally diverse people, and in our mission to destigmitise mental health issues. We provide individual therapy, online courses, and group programs.
Opportunity
The opportunity is open to Clinical Psychologists, Registrars and experienced Psychologists who would like to be a part of the team 2 - 3 days per week. This opportunity allows for hybrid work but the ideal candidate must have in-person appointments available.
Our Clients
Our clients tend to be between the ages of 19 - 45. They most commonly present with depression, anxiety, history of trauma, personality disorders on the high functioning spectrum, and relationship difficulties. Many clients find The Inner Collective through online self-search and we have a strong "word of mouth" referral base. We have good working relationships with our GP referrers.

Desirable Criteria
Experience working in private practice.
Experience working with clients with trauma and personality challenges.
Able to work afternoon to evenings (6pm latest appointment).
Trained in EMDR or plans to undertake EMDR professional development.
A Masters or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
Essential Criteria
Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.
Eligibility for registration with Medicare.
Professional and public indemnity insurance.
Own ABN.
Current police check.
Access to their own laptop.
Willing to provide a limited number of reduced-fee places to students and those in financial hardship.
Independently meet professional development requirements.
Ability to work from our office. We can provide flexible, working from home arrangements if needed.
