Clinical Psychologist or Senior Clinical Psychologist

- Provide clinical psychology services consulting to the Planned Surgery Recovery and Reform Osteoarthritis Hip and Knee Service
- 0.21 EFT (8 hours per week) permanent part-time.
- Based at The City campus
Allied Health - Psychology are a dynamic team comprised of neuropsychologists, Clinical Psychologists and health psychologists. There is a strong culture of clinical research in both teams with a number of research projects underway.
Your new role:
- Conduct psychological assessments with patients on surgical waiting lists including as well as in the wider hospital as required.
- Provide psychological interventions to assist with mental health and engagement with treatment.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary teams to achieve high standards of patient care.
About you:
- You have public health experience with a collaborative working style.
- You enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team.
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
- You are an AHPRA registered Clinical Psychologist or working towards endorsement with a passion for public health.
