AddressWe are seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist/Typist to join our friendly team at Northeast Children's Clinic. The position will be 2 days per week, (Wednesday and Friday). The successful applicant may be required to cover other staff members annual leave and sick leave.
The successful applicant:
- Must be flexible and reliable
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have excellent typing skills and be computer literate
- Enjoy working in a busy team environment
- Be able to multi-task
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio Typing
- Greeting and welcoming patients to the clinic
- Scheduling appointments
- Collecting & entering patient details
- Answering telephone calls and inquiries
- Scanning
- Using Genie (Medical software program)
