This casual position is ideal for someone super friendly, enthusiastic and proactive, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy & Pilates clinic.
Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience working in reception, however any customer service experience will hold you in good stead.
Our ideal Superstar receptionist will -

Some of the responsibilities of this role include -
- Greeting clients at the front desk and helping them to feel at ease;
- Answering the phone, replying to emails and face to face enquiries;
- Processing payments and rebooking appointments;
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering product;
- Managing linen used in the clinic;
- Liaising and providing support to all team members.
We’re looking for a team member who can fill a minimum of 3 x shifts (4-8hrs per shift) per week, and who is flexible as this may include evenings or Saturdays.
