About the roleThe role of the
Clinical Research Nurse/Coordinator is to support the Gynae-Oncology and Dysplasia Research Centre with coordination of
Clinical Research projects and data requirements.A regular day will see you (but are not limited to) the following:
- Coordinate designated research projects/clinical trials including recruiting participants and performing study procedures within the scope of practice
- Contribute to meeting the data requirements of the Unit by collecting accurate clinical data for internal and external collaborators
- Assist with study start-up tasks including governance submissions including amendments management
- Effectively liaise with a multidisciplinary team for implementation of research projects
About youYou'll bring with you:
- Appropriate tertiary qualification in a health science discipline or Bachelor of Nursing (APHRA registered)
- Previous experience in Clinical Research preferably within oncology and/or women's health
- Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) and research regulatory requirements for conducting clinical trials
