TCMM is excited to receive applications for an experienced Clinical Services Integration Manager (Operational Manager) who will join our leadership team and support the growth of key support programs to the Aged Care community. The role will provide clinical oversight and development of our services along with daily operational management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The TCMM Clinical Services Integration Manager is an experienced physiotherapist and Clinical Services manager who is passionate about working in and supporting innovative business development in the Aged Care sector.
Efficiency and Business Growth
- Support our organisational vision and clinical direction with respect to providing high quality evidence based clinical mentoring and leadership to our existing and future employees
- Ensure that our operation needs are met, meeting with key stakeholders regarding operational performance, conducting quality-based audits and ensuring that our operational programs represent best practice
- Further the strategic direction of the organisation, continue to develop and lead our team as we continue to grow and expand
Governance
- Ensure compliance with standards in respect of all legislative requirements
- Maintain quality and professional standards at all times, undertake risk assessments, maintain plans for minimizing incidents and report and action appropriately
- Ensure TCMM maintains appropriate accreditations
Clients/Customers
- Instill a culture of customer service throughout the operations department. Monitor effectiveness/success and take action to deliver improvements where necessary
- Ensure a high standard of individualized, efficient and courteous client care is provided
- Manage and maintain relationships with service providers
Team Effectiveness
- Manage an effective staff resource plan to provide cost effective labour covering staff skill ratios
- Maximise the performance and potential of the clinicians through effective induction, regular performance coaching and review, and reflective practice, ensuring they meet the required standards in their current job and develop their skills and knowledge
- Clinical supervision and training to develop a skilled/professional team with the relevant clinical skills at all levels
Leadership and People Management
- Daily visible leadership and management to direct reports in line with policies/procedures at all times
- Ensure that staff identify, plan, implement and evaluate the care/service offering of TCMM to ensure efficient service is maintained
- Develop and support a business plan in conjunction with the CEO/CFO
ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications / Registrations
- Qualified and experienced Physiotherapist
- Experience recruiting, managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals within a challenging environment
- Member of chartered society of Physiotherapy
- Registered with appropriate Victorian Health Care associations

- Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication.
- Strong leadership skills and a willingness to be proactive and hands on when required
- Adept at communicating and producing financial information
- Produces robust financial documentation
- Able to support and develop staff to deliver business goals
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years clinical experience
- Experience in a senior management position
- Strong clinical experience across a variety of acute, rehabilitation, residential aged care and community settings
- Experience identifying education needs, conducting clinical assessments and delivering training to undergraduates and post-graduates
- CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines and their implications for TCMM
- Care Standards Act and Care and Quality Commission Requirements
- Experience of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) highly regarded
