The role
Due to the departure of a long-standing team member, we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Child Protection to play a crucial role within our MST-CAN (Multi-Systemic Therapy - Child Abuse and Neglect) program. The role involves assisting clients through significant life transitions, helping them to develop coping strategies, reduce the impact of these transitions, and ensure their smooth progress, with a focus on the safety and well-being of children. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality assessments, consultation, and referral services aimed at fostering mental health improvements and helping clients achieve their goals.
The position will involve supervising four direct reports and leading, supervising, and developing the team to reach their full potential. As the escalation point for the team, the main responsibility will be to guide them to achieve their personal and professional goals. The primary duty will be to lead from the front and set the standards for the team.

Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area (PH. D. or Masters Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, Social Work, registered Psychologist or a related subject area).
- Significant experience or extensive knowledge in Family systems theory and application.
- Stong leadership skills, the role is managing a team of four.
