AddressYou'll be providing administrative and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate the smooth operation of the service/unit/facility. Providing timely and accurate administrative and transactional services for members of the health care team on designated wards/units.
If you have:
- Holds or willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal courteously with people at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet, database and email software, preferably Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment
- Valid unrestricted drivers’ licence for use in NSW/Australia and willingness to travel in the course of employment
