Form of workOur client is a leading global manufacturer of dental imaging equipment (OPG, X-RAY, CBCT etc).
They are currently looking for a clinical support/ clinical applications specialist to join their NSW team.
The focus of the role is to provide new and existing customer ongoing training and support on the company's product range. Our client is looking for someone with a strong background in dental imaging, someone familiar with patient positioning, equipment operation, software and work flow processes etc and someone who is passionate about training and supporting people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide clinical and technical product support to both new and existing customers.
- Conduct product presentations/demonstrations and ongoing post-sale training and support across the product range.
- You will play a pivotal role in maximising customer satisfaction through providing effective training around the optimal use of the equipment.
Your Experience:
- Dental or medical imaging exposure either clinically or via a similar role
- Proven ability to train and support customers on a technical product range.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
