Take Two is a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy implementing the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention planning.
You will have a solution focused approach to the challenges of the Take Two programs with curiosity, kindness and vision for the development of longer term success, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard across the Take Two Program.
Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for the oversight of a Clinical Team and management of all clinical activities.
As the Clinical Team Leader you will hold responsibility for the operational oversight, management and ongoing development of Senior Clinicians and Clinicians within your team.
You will provide ongoing support to the Clinical Manager in building and maintaining important partnerships and relationships, and the overall development of the programs.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have demonstrated management and leadership skills. You will have experience providing clinical supervision, monitoring workloads and individual performance as well as the ability to provide secondary consultation and advice to clinical staff and other professionals.
To be successful in this role, a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Child Psychotherapy, Occupational Therapy or related discipline is required. Extensive experience conducting clinical work is ideal, and experience in supervising clinical staff is also required.
