🌐 Role Overview: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the medical compression domain, focusing on Vascular, Lymphoedema, and Wound-related clinicians. This role is based in Melbourne, covering the vibrant landscape of Victoria and Tasmania.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a comprehensive portfolio of compression products, including stockings, wraps, and related items.
• Concentrate on the hospital sector and community channels, engaging with health care professionals and procurement personnel.
• Target key areas such as district nursing, selected distributors, community health, and aged care groups.
• Demonstrate a "can do" mindset, finding innovative solutions to challenges and overcoming barriers.
• Operate independently, showcasing self-motivation, result-oriented focus, and high energy.
• Adapt to a high-growth environment, contributing to the development and expansion of the territory.

💼 Ideal Candidate: We are looking for individuals who possess:

• Proven sales experience with a focus on the healthcare sector.
• Clinical background, preferably in Physio, OT, or Nursing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and thrive in a high-growth environment.

🌟 Remuneration:

• Base salary in the range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus superannuation.
• Car Allowance + Fuel Card
• Bonus - 20%
