The Role
We are searching for an experienced Territory Sales Manager, with at least 2 years’ experience in skincare sales B2B. This role requires a Territory Sales Manager that has vast understanding of skincare and demonstrates exceptional ability to build strong rapport to increase product sales. You would be joining a collaborative team that focuses on providing state-of-the-art equipment and solutions to aesthetic clinics and professionals helping them deliver exceptional results to their clients. Aswell as industry leading skincare SkinGen.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets by promoting our range of skincare SkinGen.
- Interstate and local Travel
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients while growing and expanding new opportunities in the market.
- Conducting product presentations, training, and providing expert advice to clients.
- Collaborating with our product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Planning and executing Territory Sales strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences
- Participate in weekly team sales meeting
- Meet & exceed QTRLY targets & KPI”s

Requirements - Please only apply if you meet the below criteria.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cosmeceutical skin-care sales
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and medical/clinic operations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Well connected within the industry to build relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp product knowledge (comprehensive training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
- High level of written and verbal English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- Highly regarded to hold Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science
