The opportunity
Due to an internal move, we are looking for an experience Cloud Engineer to join our Technology team. The Cloud Engineer is responsible for engineering, automation, optimization and bridging gaps while owning the Cloud CI/CD deployment across the stack. This role will be involved in all aspects of cloud platforms lifecycle, systems and applications to identify areas for improvement for automations, deploying Infrastructure as code (IaC), to ensure the completeness and relevancy of the overall Cloud/Infrastructure build, deploy and commit for industrial scale in terms of adequately addressing all the requirements of its stakeholders.
About you
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role ideally within the financial services industry. You will have experience with AWS lambdas / CodePipeline / CodeBuild/ CodeCommit / ControlTower / VPC / IAM / SSO / Transit Gateway / CIDR / SecurityGroups / DirectConnect etc. You will also have demonstrable experience across AWS cloud offerings and working knowledge of WAF, ALB, NLB and implementation of Cloud automation patterns.
You will have exposure to Cloud Technologies and container management solutions such ECS, Fargate and CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Bamboo, Jenkins, JIRA, BitBucket/GitLab, etc. You have a solid understanding and expertise in Cloud automation, DevOps, DevSecOps practices, Integration services (iPaaS), and APIs.
