The function of the Club Manager is heavily business development focused with activities such as filling the funnel through networking, following up on leads and working with member services and sales team. The role requires entrepreneurship and the confidence to make decisions for the good of the brand, members, and stakeholders.
For the Club Manager to be successful, you will need a strong somewhat independent team that does not need handholding all the time, but that is empowered, clear and capable of those roles. You’re a pro-active, professional individual who is highly organized and detailed oriented, a person you can trust that will always deliver and give your guests and clients the best experiences.

Key Selection & Criteria
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional, a leader with genuine passion for hospitality and customer service. You will understand that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
- A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in similar role preferred, prior management experience being advantageous
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, property, or building management is highly regarded
- Overseas training/experience highly regarded
- Strong financial acumen relevant to P&L management and cost control
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to effectively interact with people, lead by example, train and motivate a team
- A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and willing to go the extra
- Exceptional people and communication skills
- Bring fresh ideas and an innovative approach
- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, and a team player
- A strong customer service focus
- Display energy, enthusiasm and drive
