Assistant Club Manager

Reporting directly to our fantastic Club Manager who has been driving our business for years now. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth as we expand to our second club in a neighbouring suburb in the coming 12 months. We're looking for someone to join us for between 10 and 20 hours per week including a 5 hour shift on a Saturday.

As the Assistant Club Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting daily gym operations, including:

• Contributing to marketing activities to meet outreach requirements.
• Building a great team culture through team meetings and activities.
• Supporting sales initiatives to drive club revenue.
• Ensuring adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as reporting and budget planning.

We're looking for motivated and organized individuals with a passion for fitness and the following qualities:

• Strong focus on member relationships and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
• Experience in promoting a positive fitness facility culture.

Minimum qualifications include a Certificate III in Fitness (or ability to attain), current First Aid and CPR (or ability to attain), and appropriate background checks.
