What you will be doing:
- Providing warm, engaging service to all guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure
- Supervision and support of the operations of Club Millesime and Room Service, ensuring service standards are followed with friendly and engaging attitude
- Ensure that all hotel and department policies and procedures are understood by ambassadors
- Greet and respond to requests for all VIP guests, providing exceptional service at every step of the journey
- Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Deliver personalised service with passion and professionalism
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Conduct pre-arrival communications providing local knowledge and advice
- Anticipate guests needs and promote various hotel services.
- Champion return guest recognition program, driving personalised service in line with our Heartist principals
