- Island or Remote Location Expertise: Previous exposure to island or remote locations highly valued, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills in unique settings.
- Finance Strategy and Performance: Demonstrate a clear and successful track record in developing and implementing finance strategies, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Oversight of Operations: Manage individual finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in diverse and dynamic resort environments.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach to finance staff and management, fostering professional development and a high-performance culture.
- Branded Hotel/Resort Chains: Prior experience in renowned branded hotel or resort chains is essential, showcasing your understanding of industry standards and best practices.
