About the role
This fantastic opportunity is for a highly motivated multi-site Store Manager, to lead a dedicated retail sales and leadership team, as the new Cluster Manager at our Gepps Cross and Mile End locations.
You will be reporting to the Area Leader, take ownership and drive the store's sales, customer satisfaction, operations and overall team performance. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
The Cluster Manager role also manages the Adelaide pop-up / kiosk sites at various local shopping centres.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high performing sales and leadership team
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Lead by example, including achieving personal sales targets
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Oversee stock and store operations
- Executing company local marketing campaigns, and business networking
Qualifications, skills and experience
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- A willingness to learn new skills and an eagerness to further develop your current leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in running a successful sales team
- Multi-site sales management experience preferred, but not essential
- A track record of achieving KPIs and targets at a previous organisation
- Customer centric with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a 7 day a week on a rotating roster is essential
