Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance coordination with Trojena Cluster team for the logistics support and requirement.
- Oversee the Cluster operational activities, asset development timeline to identify and plan the required needs of contractors for construction activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Projects and cluster representatives to ensure seamless integration as well as requirement gathering of logistics catalogue elements.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in logistics management for Construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, transportation modes, and routing.
