About the role:
Now seeking a strong Leader to manage a store in the Northern Suburbs and oversee two other locations. You will have a history of retail management, ideally Flagship or Cluster. You are obsessed with providing continually high service to customers and coaching your team to a high standard. You are driven and results-orientated, thinking outside the box to deliver financial targets.
Skills & Requirements:
- History in retail, ideally men's fashion/suiting
- Proven ability to develop future leaders and have high staff retention
- Promote a customer-first mentality, ensuring every customer has 5-star service
- Experience managing wages, shrinkage and other operating costs
- LAM experience, utilising opportunities to promote the business
