CNC Programmer - Setter/Operator (Multi-function Lathes & Mills)

TalentWeb is seeking highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Setters to join our client in Northern Melbourne. You'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our advanced multi-function lathes and mills. Experience with Swiss Machines is a strong asset!

This is your chance to:

• Work with a variety of complex parts on the latest high-tech CNC machines and robotic automation systems.
• Utilise your expertise in CNC programming, operation, and troubleshooting.

To be successful, you'll need:

• 3 + years of experience as a CNC Machine Setter or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Experience working with multi-function lathes and mills (experience with Swiss Machines a plus).
• Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
