Form of work Atlas Tooling Pty Ltd are ISO 9001 qualified and conduct general engineering, precision machining with large capacity and manufacturing of precision tools, moulds, jigs and fixtures.
The CNC Programmer/Machinist must demonstrate their experience in programming and operating 2, 3 & 4 axis lathes and mills. The CNC applicant requires more than 5 years’ experience in operating/programming CNC machines, and will be well-versed in setting-up, programming (using Mastercam software), and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc controls.
Skill requirements:
•Experience in interpretation of engineering drawings and accurate tool selections for jobs
•Measure and check the accuracy of machined parts to the tolerances as specified
•Experience in using MasterCam software
•Experience in CNC turning will be an added advantage
•Overhead gantry crane training
•ISO 9001 quality systems knowledge is an advantage
•Proficient in using measurement tools and gauges
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Co-operate with all health and safety policies and procedures of the Company
•Motivated positive attitude
Working Hours:
The standard working hours at Atlas Tooling are 7:30am - 4pm.
