The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for coordinating the company’s in-house sales and liaising with potential buyers across our projects.

As a Sales Executive, you will be a custodian for our high-end residential developments and ensuring a positive client experience and successful campaign.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Managing and refreshing online listings to accurately reflect dates and property information.
  • Handling general sales administration tasks including documentation and filing.
  • Liaising with external agencies, internal consultants, and back office administrative staff.  
  • Conducting buyer inspections and display suite hosting.
  • Prospecting new buyers and lead nurturing to build client database.
  • Generating feedback reports to improve sales initiative and improve the sales process.
  • Assisting with the preparation and delivery of sales contracts and communication between solicitors.
  • Actively participating in offer negotiations.

Preferred Candidates will have…

  • Experience in a sales or marketing capacity within residential Project Sales.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • An exceptionally high eye for detail and organizational skills.
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • A current Drivers License and method of transport.
  • Availability on weekends.
  • An excellent uncapped in-house commission and remuneration structure.
