The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for coordinating the company’s in-house sales and liaising with potential buyers across our projects.
As a Sales Executive, you will be a custodian for our high-end residential developments and ensuring a positive client experience and successful campaign.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Managing and refreshing online listings to accurately reflect dates and property information.
- Handling general sales administration tasks including documentation and filing.
- Liaising with external agencies, internal consultants, and back office administrative staff.
- Conducting buyer inspections and display suite hosting.
- Prospecting new buyers and lead nurturing to build client database.
- Generating feedback reports to improve sales initiative and improve the sales process.
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of sales contracts and communication between solicitors.
- Actively participating in offer negotiations.
Preferred Candidates will have…
- Experience in a sales or marketing capacity within residential Project Sales.
- Strong relationship management skills
- An exceptionally high eye for detail and organizational skills.
- A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
- A current Drivers License and method of transport.
- Availability on weekends.
- An excellent uncapped in-house commission and remuneration structure.
