About the role:

As a Customer Service Centre Collections Officer you will be accountable for a specific group of credit customers. You will be responsible for the reconciliation, collection, maintenance and query resolution for this group of accounts, manage internal and external phone calls in large volumes, with an average of 500 calls daily through our call centre. You will be working at a fast pace with quick data entry in a highly skilled dynamic Team.

This role will be based within our Credit Department located at our Store Support Centre in Rivervale, WA.

Intermediate – Advanced Excel is highly desired
