We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Collections Officer to monitor and control the end-to-end invoicing and receivables functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections effectively across the KingKira Group of companies.
The role will consist of the following:
- Customer account maintenance.
- Credit control.
- Payment processing.
- Collections Management.
- Reconciliations.
- Perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support the Finance Team.
- Relevant qualification/s.
- Administrative/Business training certificate.
- Prior experience in the XERO and ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a collections accounts officer role.
- Experience in the resource/mining related services companies highly desirable.
