About the position
The Collections & Customer Experience team members contribute to the success of our business by working with our customers to meet their payment obligations. Our agents are also responsible for providing general support and responding to any questions and help our customers may need.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer conversations
- Perform all Collections and servicing tasks to the highest standards
- Ensure that any customer disputes are handled professionally
- Provide financial analysis and support to respond to borrower payment and billing queries
- Provide responses to credit agencies in relation to disputed default lodgements
- Adhere to all regulatory and legislative requirements
About you
- Excellent conversation skills and the ability to build rapport and trust
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management conversation skills
- Mental dexterity with an ability to work across multiple systems
- Working knowledge of common PC applications (Word, Excel, Web based applications)
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in a structured debt recovery an advantage
- Self-motivated, with an appetite to learn and grow
