Handling an 80/20% mix of Senior Systems Administrator & Team Lead duties you will be responsible for;

• Acting as the technical owner and escalation point for a set of clients.
• Coach & Mentor team members
• Manage and resolve incidents
• Actively handle P1 issues and relevant communication.
• Proactive maintenance & Documentation
• Identify and Implement continual improvements

About you:

• An Australian Citizen
• Proven Experience within an MSP (Ideal)
• Strong experience in projects, working across on-prem and Hybrid Microsoft Environments
• Proficient across the Microsoft Stack - Windows Server / DHCP / Group Policy / Exchange & Active Directory ect.
• Proven Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure or AWS
• Great Communication & Leadership Skills
