Job description
- At least 4+ yrs experience in Collection domain where performed as Collection BA
- Mandatory experience in Collections process and strategies
- Knowledge on PCC/Tallyman
- Nice to have database, SQL knowledge.
- Provide input to define and implement stream processes, systems, and structures.
- Provide input to and liaise with cross functional workshops to define solution requirements
- Provide input into the definition of the business requirements related to systems solution and the benefits that can be achieved.
- Conduct workshops, requirement definition and specifications through to sign-off
- Scrutinise requirements for solution gaps and / or solution improvements
- Review technical work performed by developers for agile solution delivery
- Apply knowledge of agile solution development in solution development & testing
- Own and develop relationship with technical leads and, work with them to optimize and enhance solution/integration
- Provide support throughout the project cycle such as resolving issue/providing insights and directions.
- Participate in solution development, data migration & integration testing across the program
