Mandurah’s long established local Real Estate Agency, H & N Perry on the Mandurah foreshore, currently have a part time position available for an experienced bookkeeper/administrator to join our busy Commercial division.
Duties will include daily banking and receipting, trust accounting, budget preparation, Invoicing, processing owner and creditor payments and operating expenses reconciliation. Hours are flexible
The successful candidate will have previous Real Estate experience, a good knowledge of Excel and have confidence learning new software.
