Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Commercial Administration to join their team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Country Manager to support various commercial activities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, presentation development, communication coordination, and marketing material management. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving business growth and ensuring efficient communication and collaboration within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Proposals:
- Assist in preparing and coordinating commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Support the follow-up of commercial proposals, actively managing the process of winning these proposals.
- Collaborate with the Country Manager and legal team in contract negotiation and close-out with clients.
- Aid in forecasting new business opportunities and revenue projections, facilitating timely onboarding and handover to operational teams.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings, effectively communicating key information.
- Facilitate communication between the Country Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Facilitate the creation of new marketing materials and ad campaigns, aligning with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
- Manage the CRM system for new prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
- Assist the Country Manager and senior team members with ad hoc tasks as required, providing administrative support for meetings, travel arrangements, and other activities.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
