Monday - Friday Sales Administrator needed for a top office in Brisbane northside. Support a leading busy & energetic Agent!

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Administrator and unlock your potential for success! You'll be an integral part of a high-performing team, supporting a visionary Principal and their dynamic associates, alongside another experienced Senior Administrator.
The Role:

• Propel sales campaigns to new heights with your expert coordination and implementation skills, ensuring every deadline is met with finesse.
• Craft essential documents like PO Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, and Information Memorandums, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.
• Foster seamless communication between clients, solicitors, and professional consultants, ensuring client satisfaction is always our top priority.
• Take charge of property marketing activities, collaborating effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize exposure and drive results.
• Be the reliable point of contact for enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to elevate customer experience.
• Master end-to-end Contracts Administration, from offer through to settlement, demonstrating your capability to manage multiple tasks with ease.

Requirements:

• Previous real estate administration experience, with a preference for those familiar with Ray White operations.
• A knack for flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
• Impeccable time management skills, effortlessly juggling multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suites, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong sense of autonomy, complemented by your ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
