Exciting data-driven commercial analytics opportunity for a up & coming candidate. Act as a key business partner across sales/customer relationship management and marketing. Conduct analysis, draw insights & story-tell to non-finance stakeholders. Drive strategic business objectives.Major Responsibilities:
Reporting the the Commercial Manager, your duties will include (but are not limited to)
- Conduct analysis, interpretation, and presentation of various data sources to enhance brand teams' understanding of relevant markets
- Build and interpret analytical models to drive analysis and tracking of brand strategic objectives
- Assist the Commercial Manager and Brand Team leads with ad-hoc requests, including business cases and territory level investigations.
- Report and track sales force effectiveness for in-field teams, providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead analysis and reporting of quarterly sales incentive calculations for in-field sales teams.
- Manage and evolve the CRM system, including maintenance, training, and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in business/finance/analytics or equivalent
- Superior analytics capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and experience building analytical data models
- Previous FMCG/Pharma/Retail experience essential
- Superior communication and business partnering capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and balance priorities
- Superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience with data visualization tools
- Previous experience with a CRM system highly desirable
