About the Role:
Bio Gro is looking for an experienced Commerical Business Partner to join the team at our Newbridge, Victoria site.
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This role requires close collaboration with both the Finance and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive financial and commercial analysis and insights. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing business performance analytics, driving sales/costing improvements, and supporting strategic investment decisions.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a high-growth business environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to conduct detailed financial analysis.
- Develop and maintain cost models, key drivers, and resource optimization strategies
- Prepare and facilitate monthly reporting, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
- Assist operational management in understanding financial performance and key business drivers.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
