This will include:

• Day to day Business Partnering at senior level, participating in leadership meetings and understanding the needs and nuances of the business
• Leadership and mentoring of your direct reports
• Collaborating with your peers and the broader HR team
• Managing strategic projects

About you:

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex, diverse business
• Excellent ability to build relationships and develop a thorough understanding of the business
• Succession planning and project management experience would be well-regarded

You’re comfortable balancing the operational with the strategic and enjoy being hands-on to collaborate with your broader team.
