AddressAs part of a high performing Finance team, partner with the Senior Leaders to drive the commercial outcomes of the Group Sourcing and Supply Chain function.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance your role will business partner the Chief Supply Officer and Supply Chain senior leadership team supporting development and delivery of the Supply Chain strategic and operational plan through effective reporting & insights, analysis, and financial modelling. With an ambitious strategic growth agenda across the Group, your financial leadership will be critical to the success of the Group Supply Chain and Sourcing function.
What does the role involve?
- Supporting achievement of Supply Chain financial targets and strategy by effective reporting, analysis and insights.
- Commercial support including identification of specific performance risks and value creation opportunities with leaders.
- Partnering with the Chief Supply Officer to develop Supply Chain inputs for the 3 Year Integrated Business Plan ensuring they are linked to brand and group strategies.
- Providing financial leadership and commercial guidance for key Sourcing & Supply strategic initiatives including oversight of business case development and other financial analysis as required.
- Lead direct report ensuring consistency of business partnering approach with other finance business partners and ongoing process improvement
With a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit an experienced Commercial Finance leader who thrives in a high paced and constantly evolving environment.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Supply Chain operations.
- Previous experience in a senior Commercial Finance business partnering role within Supply Chain.
- Experience within the retail industry highly desirable.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Capability to drive business improvement and commercial outcomes,
- Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and EPM or equivalent reporting/forecasting tool,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data in ways that are effective and readily understood,
- Proven interpersonal, influence and relationship management skills.
