About the Role
Guiding the realm of commercial brilliance at Cashrewards, the Commercial Insights Manager will lead a team of analysts, skilfully managing their development aligned with organisational goals. This role is instrumental in supporting BAU drivers in the KPI tree, actively participating in weekly performance meetings. The manager conducts deep dives to understand performance intricacies, providing timely action-biased recommendations to meet deadlines agreed upon with the leadership team, thereby achieving business-wide KPIs. Your Focus
Lead and develop a team of analysts.
Lead Commercial Insights to support the BAU drivers in the KPI tree, tracked in the weekly performance meeting, and do deep dives to understand how to improve performance to provide timely action biased recommendations, meeting deadlines agreed with the leadership team to achieve business-wide KPIs.
Co-create problem statements with the relevant stakeholders to drive business-wide commercial & customer results in a timely manner.
Oversee the development of automated post-campaign analysis reporting and insights for internal stakeholders and clients, providing recommendations on the best course of action, e.g. regular vs. boosted cashback campaigns
Collaborate with the cashback and Circuit retail media team to support the development and maintenance of targeted media audiences, making these available to our advertising client partners. Leverage analytics to refine audience segmentation and improve the effectiveness of campaign performance.
Lead the creation of automated post-campaign analytics for the media business, measuring the success of advertising and promotional efforts, highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.

Experience in a similar role in a top tier consulting firm or industry
Commercial acumen evidenced by understanding the business drivers to achieve sustainable growth
Knowledge of SQL, data visualisation tools such as PowerBI, and other tools
