SalaryOrganically created position available for a Commercial lawyer to join a thriving boutique Sydney CBDLaw Firm that specialises in commercial and corporate law. The firm has worked hard and grown organically and now employs just over 20 staff since its inception. It has an attractive client base that comprises of large-scale NFPs and SMEs along with major property development/building companies.

- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 plus super, subject to experience and expectations of service levels

There will be a substantial amount of transactional Commercial/Corporate drafting and the successful applicant will be expected to be able to draft shareholders agreements, trust deeds, option deeds, tenders, contracts, and more.

Essential Requirements
- 3 - 5 years + PQE accrued within the commercial or corporate space.
- Detail-oriented and commercially minded
- Excellent interpersonal skills: Fluent English communication skills, ability to work autonomously and in a team, and to take a pro-client approach to your dealings with clients and their work.
