Key Responsibilities: As a Commercial Leasing Executive, your role will be pivotal in driving our leasing operations. You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential Landlords through cold calling farmed areas. Note there is are existing listings to start.
- Conducting property Inspections, showcasing our portfolio, and addressing inquiries.
- Negotiating lease agreements, terms, and conditions to maximize revenue.
- Collaborating with property management and marketing teams to optimize property presentation.
- Analyzing market trends to stay competitive and ensure optimal rental rates.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the leasing process.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing.
