This is an opportunity to join a highly experienced team and service their current clients who are in resources, tech, manufacturing and property sectors. The team are currently advising on ADR and risk mitigation strategies as well as Commercial Litigation. This team are also acting for a variety of insolvency stakeholders in matters involving public examination, preference issues and insolvent trading.
We are recruiting two roles for this team, the junior role will suit a 2 to 4 year PAE Lawyer and the senior position is for a Senior Associate. These opportunities work closely with a Partner who is an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation and an Insolvency expert. The successful senior candidate will be able to take responsibility for their own workload and be comfortable working autonomously. The senior will be experienced in managing a workflow to juniors as well as offering mentoring and development when necessary.
The successful candidates will have experience with sophisticated clients and training from a well-recognised litigation team.
