Your new role
As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer in the firm, you will handle complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of litigation documents.
- Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration.
- Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Maintaining current knowledge of legislation and legal precedents relevant to Commercial Litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have a law degree and be admitted to practice in Victoria. You should have:
- 1+ Years PQE
- Proven experience in Commercial Litigation.
- Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
