Your new role
As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer in the firm, you will handle complex litigation cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of litigation documents.
Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitration.
Conducting detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Maintaining current knowledge of legislation and legal precedents relevant to Commercial Litigation.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have a law degree and be admitted to practice in Victoria. You should have:
1+ Years PQE
Proven experience in Commercial Litigation.
Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
