This is a strong commercial role in which you will define and manage commercial business terms, develop pricing models, and ensure contractual compliance. This will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including the business development team to secure contracts and tenders. The role has responsibilities for procurement of contracts, tenders, compiling of bids, and pricing, whilst building relationships with functional stakeholders, internal/external subject experts and customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing tender processes, and analysing profitability metrics. You will also negotiate and liaise with Legal on contracts terms, and understand legal and regulatory compliance of contracts and execution.The successful candidate will possess experience in contract management, with a strong commercial/finance acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and time management abilities are essential, along with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Additionally, knowledge of contract law and pricing and applicable tertiary qualifications in Commercial Management/Law or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
