About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our growing Infrastructure team.
As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the financial, contractual, and operational success of multiple projects across our Infrastructure division in NSW. You will work collaboratively with our commercial, project and management teams to provide commercial and contract management support on pre-contract and project delivery matters protecting the business from commercial risk and ensuring successful project delivery.
This role is supporting projects across the division and so you will be required to spend time at various sites in NSW.
What you’ll bring to the team
You will be a natural problem solver and creative thinker who excels in an environment that fosters and celebrates innovative approaches to tackling complex commercial challenges.
You will be an experienced Commercial Manager who has extensive experience working on infrastructure projects with a solid understanding of a range of contracts, including NEC4 and GC21 contracts. You will have extensive experience working contractor side on major projects, including drafting, negotiating and managing contracts along with the ability to understand and optimise project financial performance across a range of commercial models.
You will have experience navigating complex contracts for major Infrastructure projects and thrive in a role where you can use your commercial resolution, influencing and negotiation skills. You will also have exceptional relationship development and communication skills (both verbal and written) and have solid experience in developing and mentoring others.
